Frequently Asked Questions
What is Aiding Souls?
A community initiative where a group of people pool small monthly contributions to help with food, basic necessities, advocacy, housing, animals and everyday community needs — wherever resources allow.
Is Aiding Souls a large organisation?
No. We are intentionally small and community-led. We don't claim global reach or large-scale operations — we do what we can, where we can.
How much do I need to contribute?
There is no prescribed amount and no pressure. Give what you comfortably can, whenever you choose to. See our Contribute page.
Will my contribution guarantee help for a specific request?
No. Submitting a request through our Tell Us About a Need form does not guarantee assistance. We review requests based on circumstances, available resources and the type of support we can realistically provide.
Why don't you show photos of the people you've helped?
Because dignity comes first. We don't believe someone has to become content for someone else's generosity, and we respect the privacy of the people and communities we support.
Is the Advocacy Network a legal service?
No. We help people understand information, navigate paperwork and connect with qualified professionals where needed — this doesn't replace formal legal advice or representation.
Does Astro Aid make guaranteed predictions?
No. Astro Aid is accessible, culturally respectful guidance — it does not make medical, financial or guaranteed predictive claims.
How can I get involved without contributing money?
You can volunteer your time or skills, collaborate as an organisation or professional, or tell us about a community need you've noticed. See our Get Involved page.
How do I reach you?
